Correcaminos Castilla Leon White 2022 Natural Wine (Spain)

Young, mobile and dynamic wine, soft, but well-structured and intense. The wine is made from Verdejo grapes harvested from old vineyards in the province of Segovia. Grapes are pressed in a vertical press in whole clusters at low temperature. Wort is fermented with natural yeast without temperature control.
