Bodegas Cueva Vi Viu Utiel Requena Syrah 2020 Red Natural Wine (Spain)

This juicy natural red wine had gathered an avid following around the world, keen on the ultimate drinkability of this Syrah. Bodega Cueva, the winery, allocate a yearly quantity per country, and we are very happy to be able to receive this allocation in the UK. The 2020 Vi Viu is a new wine; slightly different from previous years in that it now has a small splash of Grenache and Monastrell that give it an extra freshness, fruitiness and a lighter cherry-red colour. We dare say it is even better this year. We recommend chilling it for 20-30 minutes before serving and uncork 20-25 minutes before drinking.
